The Lagos State Government has confirmed 14 diphtheria cases among students at King’s College Annex, Victoria Island, Lagos with one reported death. Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi, confirmed the diphtheria cases during an inspection visit to the school on Tuesday.
