Nigeria’s D’Tigress on Thursday, thrashed hosts Rwanda 79-48 to reach the finals of the 2023 FIBA Women AfroBasket tournament. With the win, Nigeria who are the defending champions will now play their fourth finals in a row against Senegal on Saturday in Kigali. Though the hosts led for a total of 1’28 minutes, Nigeria swiftly flexed their muscles and never looked back, even leading by 26 points at one point.
