EKITI GOVERNORSHIP: FAYEMI RESIGNS AS MINISTER, PICKS RUNNING MATE

The Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has resigned as a minister from President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet. Fayemi, the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Wednesday, made his resignation known in Abuja. According to him, he resigned his appointment to enable him focus on his ambition of becoming the next governor of Ekiti State.
