SIX INJURED AS ABUJA-KADUNA TRAIN DERAILS; FG ORDERS THOROUGH INVESTIGATION

The Federal Government on Tuesday confirmed that six passengers sustained injuries after a Kaduna-bound train derailed along the Abuja–Kaduna rail corridor. The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) disclosed that the incident occurred at about 11:09 a.m. at Kilometre 49, between Kubwa Station and Asham Station. The bureau said no fatalities were recorded.
