Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, was recently conferred the title of Ugo Mba (Eagle of the Community) by His Royal Majesty, Eze Elder Nelson Nmerengwa, the Isiala 1 of Isieketa of Abia State.
