Gov. David Umahi of Ebonyi has appointed a former Deputy Governor of the state, Chigozie Ogbu, as the Acting Vice Chancellor of Ebonyi State University (EBSU). The Secretary to the State Government, Bernard Odo, announced the on Friday.
