The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has clarified its earlier claim of discrepancies in the disbursement of student loans under the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). A statement by ICPC’s Director of Public Enlightenment and Education, Demola Bakare said it’s earlier release on the issue created “an erroneous impression that the alleged discrepancies or diversion has been established”.
