The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has suspended the planned enforcement of the tinted glass permit policy in compliance with a subsisting court order. The enforcement of the policy was scheduled to commence today, January 2, 2026. However, Benjamin Hundeyin, force spokesperson, said in a statement on Thursday that the implementation of the policy has been put on hold.
