Delta State Commissioner for Works Highways and Urban Roads, Comrade Reuben Izeze, has assured that Okpanam-Ibusa Road project in Oshimili North Local Government Area, would be completed and delivered by May 2024. Izeze who gave the assurance during inspection of the project in Okpanam on Wednesday, commended the contractor, Lebtech Construction Limited, for the pace and quality of work done.
