Nigerian boxer, Jerry Okorodudu, is dead. Okorodudu died at a private hospital in Lawanson, Surulere Lagos on Wednesday night after battling with foot ulcer that left him bedridden for weeks. Reports say the Olympian was due for the amputation of his leg on Friday, before he died last night. Both his wife, Adenike, and the Secretary-General, Nigeria Boxing Board of Control and the President, West Africa Boxing Union, Remi Aboderin, reportedly confirmed the death.
