A Max Air plane conveying Hajj pilgrims from Dutse, Jigawa State capital, yesterday evening made an emergency landing at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport. It was learnt that the Boeing 747 aircraft which departed the airport had to discontinue the flight to Saudi Arabia when it was struck by lightning, which affected the noose of the aircraft, reports The PUNCH.
