A former governor of Enugu State, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani, has urged the Federal High Court in Lagos to perpetually restrain the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from inviting, arresting or further prosecuting him in connection with a criminal charge involving an alleged fraud of N5.3bn.
