The Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano on Wednesday received a certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission for his victory in the November 18 election in the state. The event took place at the INEC Secretariat in Awka, the state capital Obiano won the election with 234, 071 votes. Tony Nwoye of the All Progressives Congress came second with 98, 752 votes.
