Justice Benson Anya of the Abia State High Court, has declined to order the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to prosecute Dr. ACB Agbazuere, who was recently suspended from office as Chief of Staff to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, for allegedly spraying money on Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje.
