Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has rolled out a massive palliative for citizens of the state. A statement signed by Mr. Felix Ofou, Executive Assistant (New Media) to the Governor, said the Governor has directed that thr palliatives should be extended palliatives to widows, youths, people with disabilities.
