Singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has surrendered himself to the authorities at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Yaba. The Lagos State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed Portable’s surrender.
