National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19, Dr. Sani Aliyu, has said the federal government cannot afford to conduct free COVID-19 tests for passengers arriving from foreign countries. According to Abdur-Rahman Balogun, head of media, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Dr. Aliyu disclosed this during a virtual town hall meeting on Saturday.
