The National Judicial Council (NJC) has declared the suspension of Theresa Uzokwe, Chief Judge of Abia State, as unconstitutional. In a statement on Wednesday, the body said it had also queried and suspended Obisike Orji, the newly appointed acting chief judge of the state.
