The National Judicial Council (NJC) has declared the suspension of Theresa Uzokwe, Chief Judge of Abia State, as unconstitutional. In a statement on Wednesday, the body said it had also queried and suspended Obisike Orji, the newly appointed acting chief judge of the state. The council said the decision was reached during its emergency meeting on Wednesday.
