The Abuja division of the Court of Appeal has nullified the victory of the Senate Minority Leader, Simon Mwadkwon, in the February 25 Plateau North senatorial election. This was as the Appeal Court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct a fresh election within 90 days.
