Popular South African musician, Mandela Maphumulo, also known as Mampintsha, is dead. Mampintsha according to his record label Afrotainment, died on Saturday after he was admitted to the hospital following a stroke he suffered last weekend. Mampintsha was a member of the Gqom hit band Big Nuz and an entertainment figure. His death was confirmed by a close family friend and record label colleague who spoke on the condition of anonymity while the family prepared a statement.
