The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) has struck out the petition filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM). Justice Haruna Tsammani, Chairman of the panel struck out the petition while reading the judgement in the petition filed by APM. The case of the APM is solely on the non-qualification of Bola Tinubu and Shettima to contest the election.
