Former Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Dr. Doyin Okupe, has been nominated as the vice-presidential candidate of the Labour Party. Okupe’s nomination as Peter Obi’s running mate however, is on temporary basis as he will be “standing in” pending conclusion of consultations to pick a running mate for Obi.
