WTO DG NGOZI OKONJO-IWEALA ON FOUR-DAY OFFICIAL VISIT TO NIGERIA

The Director-General, World Trade Organisation (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, arrived Abuja yesterday to begin a 4-day official visit aimed at enhancing trade and improving Nigerian economy. Okonjo-Iweala, who assumed duties on March 1, 2021 as WTO DG, is also in Nigeria to express appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari for the role he played in her appointment and to hold talks on how to stimulate economic activities.
