Children and grandchildren of former Anambra State Governor, Dr. Chinweoke Mbadinuju, celebrated new year day at the country home of the former Anambra State number one citizen, in Uli, Ihiala Local Government Area of the state.
The celebration which they captured on video, was not unconnected with the rumour which broke on Thursday December 31, 2020, that the former Governor had died.
The video, featured the Mbadinuju children singing “Count your blessings”, after which they ended with hugging their Patriarch.
Although the family promptly released a statement dispelling the death rumour on Thursday, , the video and photographs released on new year’s day, was to put a permanent seal on the issue.
