The Inspector General of Police, Mr Usman Alkali Baba, on Thursday, ordered an “internal review” of the allegations against one of its personnel, DCP Abba Kyari, over his alleged dealings with an alleged fraudster, Ramon Abass, popularly known as Hushpuppi.
