The candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the forthcoming Anambra State Governorship Election, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Sunday, reassured Anambrarians that if elected, his government will leave no stone unturned in providing the state with standard health care facilities. Senator Ubah made the remarks while commissioning the Accunalysis Diagnostic Center, Nnewi. According to him, no meaningful development can be achieved if the health of citizens are not receiving proper attention.
Speaking on the benefits of the ultramodern health facility which is now fully operational to the state, Senator Ubah thanked the Center’s founder for the uncommon investment and said that with the two ultramodern medical and isolation centers built in the state by the Anambra Progressives and Development Union (APDU), a group of high profile citizens convened by him, the new Diagnostics Center which was the first fully certified COVID-19 testing center in the State will not only facilitate proper health care of citizens but will also enable speedy treatment of patients in the State. The YPP Candidate who further disclosed that another ultramodern medical and isolation center is being built by APDU at Odoakpu Onitsha, lamented that successive administrations in the state have failed to give the health sector adequate attention and urged Anambrarians to consolidate the revamping of the state’s health sector by voting for the YPP on November 6.
In his remarks, the Center’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer who is also a member of the Anambra Progressives and Development Union, Chief Ifenna Okeke (Ego na-eje ije), said that he founded the Center to enable ndị Anambra in accessing quality health care and also to facilitate speedy treatment of patients. Chief Okeke also appreciated Senator Ubah and members of the Anambra Progressives for supporting the center’s visions with ultramodern medical and isolation centers across the three Senatorial Districts of the state. He further assured Anambrarians that he will never relent in putting in his best to support humanity and prayed for God’s grace upon the center’s personnel.
Also present at the event were the Nnewi Traditional Ruler, His Royal Highness Igwe Dr. Kenneth Orizu, CON, the Obi of Uruagu Nnewi, His Highness Obi Afam Charles Obi, and some members of APDU. The newly commissioned Diagnostics Centre is located along Isaiah Nwafor Road, close to New Oba-Nnewi Road, Uruagu Nnewi, Anambra State.
