Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu and his wife, Dr Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu were among the guests last Friday at Onicha Ngwa, Obingwa LGA for the funeral service of the Late Madam Salome Otuonye, mother of Chijindu “CJ” Otuonye, a staff of the Governor. CJ has worked with the Governor for 20 years.
