The Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN) under the leadership of Mr. Pretty Okafor is set to hold her first National Executive Council (NEC) Convention and subsequently the Media Launch of PMAN BIOMETRIC ID CARD in partnership with Zenith Bank.
According to a statement by the musicians’ body made available to The Frontier, the event is scheduled to hold at the prestigious Eko Hotel, Lagos on Wednesday August 24, 2022.
The event includes the unveiling of the new and improved PMAN Biometrics ID cards and PMAN is proud to announce that these cards would be issued to the first batch of registered members across the country.
PMAN national president Mr. Pretty Okafor, in the statement confirmed the date and venue for this event and requested all her invited guests to honor the invitation as this event promises to set the ball rolling for greater things to come for the advancement and the betterment of the entertainment industry in Nigeria and beyond.
PMAN 2nd Vice President , Zaaki Azay also stated that the progress in PMAN is borne out of the synergy and unity in PMAN, made possible through a series of court judgements that have authenticated and reaffirmed Pretty Okafor as the national leader and has prohibited any act of factionalism within the umbrella body of Nigerian musicians.
Delegates from across the country are expected to attend the first PMAN NEC meeting as discussions will center around PMAN BIOMETRIC CARD Registration drive, said the statement.
