The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, affirmed Sen. Ademola Adeleke as the duly elected governor of Osun State. Former governor of the state, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola had challenged Adeleke’s victory and had won the first round at the election Tribunal. Adeleke however headed to the Court of Appeal which threw out the judgement of the Tribunal leading to Oyetola dragging the Governor to the Supreme Court. Details later.
