The University of Calabar has formally constituted a 7-man panel under the chairmanship of a Professor of Philosophy, Prof. Dorothy Oluwagbemi-Jacob to investigate allegations of misconduct levelled against the suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Cyril Ndifon.
