The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has sworn-in caretaker chairmen for all 23 local government areas in the state.
The Governor on Wednesday, swore-in the new chairmen few minutes after the Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Speaker Victor Jumbo, screened the appointees.
