The Abia State Government has announced plans to organise a state burial service in honour of the late Rev Dr Uma Ukpai, a renowned cleric and one of the state’s most distinguished sons. Commissioner for Information, Okey Kanu, made the disclosure on Monday while briefing journalists at Government House, Umuahia, on the outcome of the State Executive Council meeting.
