…CELEBRATING LEADERSHIP, IMPACT AND A NEW TOURISM STORY FOR LAGOS
OJEZ Entertainment Group says it is honouring Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, for her exemplary leadership and exceptional contributions to the growth of tourism and the creative economy in Lagos.
According to OJEZ management boss, Joseph Odobeatu, since assuming office, Benson-Awoyinka has brought renewed focus to the state’s tourism hubs, attractions and destinations, helping to strengthen Lagos’ identity as a major destination for tourists and visitors.
The recognition by The Forum by OJEZ, themed “A Leader • An Inspiration • A Legacy,” celebrates what the group describes as her efforts to transform the tourism narrative and unlock Lagos’ cultural and creative potential.
The celebration holds on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at OJEZ Lounge, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, with a glamorous red carpet, celebrities, Nollywood stars, entertainment and special attractions.
OJEZ management says this edition promises to be one of the most spectacular celebrations in the history of The Forum by OJEZ, as guests gather to honour a woman it believes is helping to rewrite Lagos’ tourism story. According to the organisers, the event is strictly by invitation.
