Chief Emman Amgbaduba JP, Vice Chairman APC Delta State and Chairman APC Delta South Senatorial District has expressed rude shock and sorrow on the passage of the former Governor of Delta State, H.E., Dr E.E. Uduaghan, CON at the age of 71.
In his condolence message, Chief Amgbaduba described the death of the former Governor as colossal loss to his immediate family, the Itsekiri ethnic nationality, Delta State and Nigeria, by and large.
