That Chief Capt. Hart Modey PhD, is one of the most respected super big boys from Cross River State, is not news. The Ogoja-born Marine Captain is big time into the manufacturing sector.
Beyond that, he is one of the most notable philanthropists in Nigeria. His Hart Modey Foundation, established in 2009, has been a succor to several indigent persons and the downtrodden. The Foundation’s mission is advancing human welfare, capacity building and training to make people relevant and able to provide for themselves.
Currently, Captain Modey, has been very active in the quest to return Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade to office in 2019. He is heading the very vibrant Atiku/Ayade Trans-Generational Movement ATM as the Director General. His ATM group is presently one of the most visible campaign groups in the country right now.
