Former minister of state for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah, has conceded the Abia State All Progressive Congress(APC) gubernatorial ticket. This follows a Supreme Court ruling on Thursday affirming Chief Ikechi Emenike as the authentic APC governorship candidate in Abia State.
