A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama heard on Thursday that former Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah, has approached the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF/ for talks on a possible plea bargain arrangement in relation to the criminal charge pending against her and one other.
