This is not the best of times for former Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, Mr. Babatunde Fowler. Fowler was today, invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, over an alleged N5bn fraud perpetrated under his watch.
