*Late Madam Abibat Arike Ajuwon
Popular Ogun socialite, respected community leader and National Union stalwart, Alhaji Lukman Ajuwon, the Balogun of Ajuwon Land, has lost his first wife, Madam Abibat Arike Ajuwon.
The deceased, who was widely regarded as a devout and religious woman, reportedly passed away in the early hours of today after a brief illness. She was aged 63.
Alhaja Abibat Arike Ajuwon, who was described as a woman loved and cherished by many, has since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
Her death is undoubtedly a painful loss to her immediate family, friends, associates and the wider Ajuwon community, where she was loved and respected.
She is survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
