Digital solutions provider, Globacom, on Thursday held a draw in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, to select new winners in its loyalty reward promo, Festival of Joy. The draw which was held at the Challenge Office of the telecommunications company was witnessed by the media and a large gathering of walk-in customers some of who excitedly drew the winning numbers.
