Chairman of Heirs Holdings, Dr. Tony Elumelu has been appointed as a non-executive director of Seplat Energy Plc, effective 22 January 2026. The appointment comes weeks after his energy firm, Heirs Energies, acquired 20.07 percent stake in Seplat in deal valued at nearly $500 million.
