Fuad Kayode Laguda has been declared winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary for the Surulere 1 seat in the house of representatives. Laguda is in the race to replace Femi Gbajabiamila, former speaker of the house, who represented the Lagos constituency before his appointment as chief of staff to President Bola Tinubu.
