Last Sunday, December 29th, 2019, was a memorable one in the annals of Umudioka in Dunukofia Local Government Area of Anambra State as Chief Benedict Amuta popularly known as Oil Minister was installed as the Onowu(Traditional Prime Minister) of the community.
The two-in-one event which also saw the dedication of his new palace, attracted the who’s who to the town.
Apart from top politicians and businessmen from far and near, members of the G21 Club, where he is a member, the Alpha Circle Club of Nigeria, where he has led as a former President, his Umudioka Development Union where he is Patron and former President, as well as the Diamond Fitness Club where he is a Founding Member, Former Vice President and Chairman Board of Trustees, thronged the town to pay homage to the new Onowu.
A graduate of Business Administration from the prestigious University of Lagos, Chief Ben Amuta is the founder and Chairman of Benneks Group of Companies, his company is into manufacturing and importation of Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Wines and Beverages.
Chief Ben Amuta is a community leader, a philanthropist, a member of Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship and a Catholic per excellence.
