The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Friday, posted a narrow 1-0 win over continental rivals, Bayana Bayana of South Africa, in the first leg of the final qualifiers for football event of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games played at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.
The Falcons will face the Bayana Bayana in the 2nd leg in Pretoria on Tuesday April 9, to qualify for the Olympic Games in Paris.
Nigeria must retain the loan goal lead or even score more in South Africa in the return leg to pick up a ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympics after 16 years of absence.
