The remains of veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Victor Eriabie, will be laid to rest this Saturday, April 18, 2026 at his hometown, Aghalope in Delta State.
Interestingly, the filmmaker who died in the morning of 17th February 2026 few months to the burial of his mother will be interred a week after his late mother was also buried. His mother passed in December 2025 at the age of 92.
Eriabie was a leading light in Nollywood in the 90s following the production of his movie series, “Izozo,” a film addressing the issue of women trafficking.
The University of Port Harcourt Theatre Arts product apart from producing films was also an actor, TV host and Radio presenter. His recent acting jobs include Love in Pandemic and Unforgivable. Both films were made in 2023.
Eriabie, died at 63.
