Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Eno, Ph.D, has approved the immediate release of appointment letters to 4000 persons who successfully scaled through the recent recruitment process into the State Civil Service. They are to resume work on October 2nd even though their appointment letters will be dated October 1, being a national holiday.
