Nigeria’s Junior Tigress will take on their Malian counterparts from Mali at the final of women’s U-18 Afrobasket championship in Pretoria, South Africa on Saturday.
The junior Tigress overpowered Uganda 71-67 on Friday, in the semifinal to set up the duel.
Defending champions Mali on the other hand, smashed Cameroun 103-45 to set up the final against Nigeria.
Already Mali and Nigeria have qualified for the FIBA U-19 World Cup holding next year.
