The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) has commenced a new capacity-building programme aimed at equipping professionals with essential modern skills. Dr. Shaibu Husseini, Executive Secretary of the NFVCB, announced this initiative at the opening ceremony of the training programme for youths jointly organized by the Best of Nollywood Awards (BON) and the Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Lagos State.
